Will it Float? on Letterman

I think it's about time they end the Will it Float skit on Letterman. IMO it adds no humor or entertainment value to the show. I can't believe it has lasted this long. I almost need to change the channel when that bit comes on.

"Will it Float" is not the only stale bit on Letterman, the whole show seems stale and almost forced. I hate to say it but Leno is fresher and less stagnant.
______________

"Will It Float"/Oprah Ratings

I don't like the "Will It Float" segment either. Drags the rest of the show down. Too bad he didn't feature it the night before. I'm still waiting for the day that Grinder Girl slices herself and bleed to death (just kidding!).

Anyway, thanks to Oprah, the show had it's highest rating in 11 years, with about 13.5 million viewers, or about triple his nightly average.

"Will Oprah Float" would have been better

I would have watched if they would have modified "Will it Float" to "Will Oprah Float".
______________

She did in fact work as an "anchor" once upon a time.

2 or 3 years ago they had Grinder Girl live from a hospital bed after a grinder accident... so it has happened.
______________

Sounds painful.

They need to add a little tease to the game..

Next week, the Will It Float models get dropped in.

February Sweeps, we get to see if Grinder Girl floats...and if she gets electrocuted.

May Sweeps, We see Hula Hoop girl go in.

Funny thing though...I think they'd all float ;o)

But just the anticipation would keep me watching!
