Will KAXX 1020 AM return?

Since Coleman gave up on KAXX and KADX a couple years back, 94.7 was taken over by KZND recently, now will anyone step up to get 1020 AM? What format is missing on the AM dial for Anchorage? Any thoughts?
 
Both stations are under contract(not to the same people) to be sold and should be under new ownership when al lthe dust settles.
