anthonydt06 and the other thread are correct. Drex just lost his job in Market #3. The money that talent can get in market #3 is multiples larger than that same talent can make here in Market #37. If he takes a job in Market #37 again, it might take years of being tied to a contract (with no market-size "out clauses") before he gets another crack at a gig in a larger market that compares to the one he left behind.

I know Drex and I could see him laughing at all of this. He might use SA as a quick fill in until another big market gig could be found, but even for San Antonio he would make them pay out the nose and that is on the stations in town to decide.
