Will KTSA flip format?

NPR and Liberal talk are two different animals. Liberal Talk-- e.g. the late Air America-- is much like conservative talk in that it is personality driven and caters to listeners who agree with the host's politics. Meanwhile, NPR is issue oriented and emphasizes guests from both sides of the issue on the same program. It follows the old-school fairness doctrine when it comes to discussing hot button issues.
