Ah yes, thinkingman's take on what everyone else will be doing for the cheerful upcoming holiday season. Considering the fact that there has been some "issues" at WHYL as of late, at least the station management, employees and the excellent, overworked, underpaid onsite engineer, who is doing one hell of a job with the materials that are available, have the balls to move onward and upward as they take the great journey that so many of you have found yourselves in as you muddle thru this business you call "broadcasting" That is more then the snowballs, which apparently have melted, off the frosty chap whom this post is in response to. I dare to wonder, if there is a dusty resume sitting in a box at WHYL that never made it to the "lets give this one a call and see what he/she is all about" file, and that is the reason for posion which spues from within a man/woman who can not help but gloat when those who are in a business they love, unable to control the forces who have the fingers on the expense accounts, stumble in the hallways of broadcasting.
What goes around, always comes around. The beauty of it in this business is, you never freaking know when it's going to hit you.
Have a safe and happy holiday, and oh yes, for the record. Holiday music is one of the highest TSL formats in the USA.
