Yay! Just what we need: another Mexican channel :
you know, I was thinking the other day as I flipped through the already existing 12,368 Mexican channels, "you know, there aren't enough Mexican channels here in Latlanta. What is this? Mexico or something? We live in 21st century America! We need more Mexican channels!"
Does it seem fair to anyone that almost every single program is "encouraged" (read: forced at gunpoint) by the FCC to broadcast Spanish language SAP but not a single Spanish languaged network offers the same courtesy in English???
