Will My 99.5 Ever Have An R&R List?

With My 99.5 NOW only Salt Lake City's ONLY hot AC station, will it be listed? I'd say for My 99.5 to become 99.5 Kiss FM, with the KISN calls again. The KISN calls located somewhere else will get the KIZS calls.

PS: Oops. Looks like CC's back in the hot AC forum. CC took a hot AC hiatus from 2003-04.
Edited by My_Humps on 10/28/05 10:01 PM.

"My" seems to be adjusting their format slightly to accomodate the loss of "Star." They're tagging themselves as the "more music, more variety" station. They've widened the playlist a little bit - songs like Ryan Cabrera "True" and Pussycat Dolls "Don't 'cha" do make it seem more like a "Jack FM" of newer music. The station seems to be moving away from 'the End.'

I'm not sure I'd call it a "hot AC" but it's definately not "triple A" or "variety hits" in the traditional Jack/Bob/etc. form either.

I personally WOULD listen, if it just had any personality. I'm sorry, a station with recorded liners and a blazé station song tagger voice just doesn't interest me enough.

My is beginning to sound more like the adult CHRs in town -- Star 94 Atlanta, Q102 Cincinnati or Mix 98-5 Boston. "Don't Cha" wasn't on R&R's hot AC charts. I'd say for My 99-5 to become 99-5 Kiss FM, with the KIZS calls.
