Will new graphics/music/image changes appear on any of the local stations?

Usually, in the fall some of the local tv news stations bring in new graphics and music to liven up the newscasts and image. 11 alive did it a year and half ago when it went HD. WSB did when it went HD. Who will be next? Who needs to change the current stuff? Thoughts/comments:

As you mentioned, WXIA and WSB each changed their graphics/set when they went HD. WXIA was first, but it still was less than 2 years ago. WAGA just changed theirs last spring. So I really doubt "the big three" will be making any big changes. That just leaves WGCL. And if they do change theirs, will anyone be watching to notice?

WSB did not change their music when they went HD. They have been using the same music since 1998. (Before that, WSB changed music packages every three years or so.) WXIA didn't change their music package until 6 months after they went HD.

No one will be watching WGCL when anything happens there (which I hope is a station sell or news department shutdown).

Of course, we will see a big change with TBS going to WPCH TV in the fall. Will they bring back the Little Rascals/Three Stooges in the mornings like they had it in the 70's?

Man, I miss those days! I used to watch along with the Bugs Bunny/Roadrunner cartoons plus Popeye before heading off to school!

Actually, I will be watching. I watch WGCL News all the time.

Sure, I might be the only one watching, but I believe it's way better than WSB. I can't stand watching that station. WXIA isn't bad, but I don't prefer it.

Give me WGCL any day of the week.
