Will Peoria's market ever include another format for Smooth Jazz?

Smooth jazz was a failure on 96.5 in the early 2000's. No need to try it again.

96.5?
Hm. Another station had this format in the past?

I wonder why this format does so poorly in Peoria and does MUCH better in Chicago? :-/
In fact, I think Peoria's market could use a little more variety.
Can't pick up this one Bloomington station that carries this one program I've been wanting to hear. No other station in Peoria HAS it.

When I was there I couldn't pick up this one Bloomington station that carries this one program I've been wanting to hear. No other station in Peoria HAS it. I guess it depends on what part of the city I'm in or the county...
