Now, that makes the list for the dumbest thing ever said this year. First off, Tejano music has dried up in revenue. Second, how do you even expect them to make revenue on a NON-COMMERCIAL Radio staion (fund raisers?). The format is missing one leg, and you want to cut the other, wow. And it doesn't end there. There is no "if" in KPFT. Look up the owner of KPFT. Does Pacifica Foundation ring any thing to the ear. I guess not in yours.mrtexmex2007 said:The only station that would and thats a big if!! Would be Pacifica 90.1 fm with Mr Guz GArza

Sometimes i see you on the Tejano 980 AM website. so i guess youre not a tejano supporter. Well on a POSITIVE note, ANYTHING IN HOUSTON IS POSSIBLE. You ever heard of the saying ....Never Give Up!!!! The day is coming that Tejano will be back with a force.

Yes, you corrected my error. It is in fact 104.9, not 102.9
Didn't you put KQBU (Que Buena) for a while on KLTN HD2, then switched to KLAT a couple of days later. For some odd reason, that only lasted for a week.pelochas said:1029 hd-2 is still kltn. i wish tejano was on kltn's hd-2, much better than kama's hd-2 but then again there is always a conflict on programming dept, its mainly about why kqbu went away. kltn has a mix of kqbu so thats why kqbu is gone, univision dont need two stations fighting for the same public. tejano always been here and to move it to kltn's hd-2 can be or will be a station where the numbers will be moving away from kltn to krtx. i dont beleive it will ever happen if it does, then it means kltn has given in.
to answer the first question, tejano is on FM, radio will inevtibly be HD and FM will cease to exist, in the way way future. why radio listerners dont want to purchase hd radios is beyond me, you will never go back to fm. of course there is still issues and tejano on kama hd-2 is not on the best signal coverage, so that is why i wish to have tejano on kltn hd-2.
