Will Terre Haute ever get back am 640, 1230, and fm 107.5

There are several applicants for those frequencies. They will go to auction whenever the FCC decided to have one.

Don't hold your breath on having those stations return to Terre Haute anytime soon. Rice really clusterf*cked everybody when he brought those stations down. At last check, Rice was still trying to get his licenses back and still petioning the FCC. So, when he's dead, maybe they can come back.

Didn't 107.5 get re-allocated as a non-com?

Rice applied for an AM in the South sayingn he was capable of being a licensee. Not sure if it was granted..

His claim, and valid, was that the Licensee never wronged anyone. The Licensee was a Corporation. It was operated at the time the licenses were yanked by his parents who had assumed control and were always part owners.
