Will the 97.5 move finally put the pirate to rest

I was just wondering if GM will take action against WSKR on 97.7, now that 97.5 will be a legit Philly station. I guess the FCC could of looked the other way if Nassau complained, their 97.5 signal was not a Philly station, whereas WSKR is broadcasting from a Philly location and does not interfere with 97.5's principle COL coverage. If 97.7 does indeed stay OTA when GM signs on from the new site, would there be any interference, does GM even know WSKR exists?? This should be interesting in the upcoming months.

It may move to another frequency. 97.5 will wipe out WSKR's signal. I didn't know they were still on.
