Taken at face value, it would seem that they would have someone like Ellis Cannon doing a local show and then have CBS sports radio for the remainder of the day. Outside of Ellis, there is a dirth of local sports personalities available that could attract and keep a radio audience. And Pittsburgh is not a great national sports market--we want Stillers 365, we don't care about the NBA, nascar, college bball (outside of big east), college football (outside of pitt/penn state), etc. They also would need to buy broadcast rights of one of the major pro teams or pitt.
Now if EPSN buys the station, it's a slam dunk, but I don't know if this would work.
