94.9 The Surf is sounding great!!!! Bill Norman has done a GREAT job with it!! He has also does an excellent job with WNMB-AM Stereo 950 Oldies Radio also!!! It would make sense to me to change the 94.9 call letters to WNMB-FM!!! It would be great to have the WNMB call letters back on FM!!!

Thank you for the very kind words. At the present moment there are no plans to change the call letters for "The Surf". We want it to be the Beach Music authority and we have a lot left to do to make it better now that's it back on the air. So, first we'll concentrate our efforts in that direction. I do admit that it would be great to have a WNMB-FM as well, so perhaps we might hope to acquire something else later in the year, if The Surf works out ok. Please come by the studios whenever you're in the North Myrtle Beach area and visit with us.

Thank you bill!!! I will come by your studios to visit the next time that I am in NMB! I love WNMB-AM Stereo 950 as well! You have been doing a great job on it also. Love the huge playlists! I think that the Surf 94.9 is sounding alot better now than it did under the previous owners. They had a way too tight playlist and didn`t play all of the classics. I really enjoy the large playlist now on the Surf! I wish you the best of luck and would love to see you acquire a FM station later in the year and bring the WNMB call letters back to FM also!
