Will the tv stations change their channel logo's and designation for digital?

Will the tv stations change their channel logo's and designation for digital switchover? In other words, all the stations have their analog channel numbers as part of their logo and theme (11alive) based on their analog channel assignment. However, their broadcast on different channels for their digital signals. Will they switch to the new digital channel desgination in some cases?
 
I asked almost this exact question a few days ago. The general response was that most stations would continue using their analog channel brands although some might begin using their digital freqs.
