Will this prevent Sunny from being a Nostalgic Christmas station

I know its early to talk about Christmas music, but... will this lean toward rhythmic tunes, (which every damn station on the dial is attempting), stop them from playing that great Christmas music around the holidays. I, for one, enjoyed the Standard Christmas music and the "oh wow" selections. I guess this year, we will be treated to urbanic Christmas tunes, the way they are heading, Can't wait to hear "Rappin' round the Christmas tree"....

I don't know about "Rappin' around the Christmas Tree," but FWIW it doesn't get any better than Run DMC's "Christmas in Hollis." I love that song.It would be sad, though, to see Sunny go out of the Christmas biz since I enjoy their classics much more than B101's modern Gloria Estefan-Fest.

Even money Sunny will be FM Talk by Christmas and the only Christmas music will be Rush playing Manheim Steamroller carols.

If what you say is so, would this force YSP to revert back to Active full time, or just in reverse, would Sunny go Active full time and YSP flip to all yak all the time. It would be nice to see one of them go Active 24/7/365. I think it will happen in the near future on some city grade frequency, maybe on 106.1 (hint hint).

the only prediction that can be made with absolute surety , is that wsni will continue to change and or tweak formats more often than the average person changes their socks .... wsni lost their credibility , a long long time ago ...
