Will we ever see "The Tube" on a digital subchannel in Phoenix?

I've been waiting for a while for a broadcaster in Phoenix to sign a deal with The Tube to broadcast the all-music-video network on one of their digital subchannels. However, I don't know if this market will ever see the network. I believe Fox has other plans if they ever decide to use their subchannel capabilities on both of its stations. Belo (and in particular, Channel 61) would be a perfect match, but my inquiries about it have been left unanswered.

Most of the other major markets are now carrying it, why not Phoenix?

KOLD 13.3

I enjoy watching The Tube from Tucson on KOLD 13.3. I noticed that KOLD has added a 13.2 with a "weather" tag. As of 7/31 there was no video. I imagine they will be showing a radar loop since CBS has no 24hr weather network like NBC to my knowledge.
