Will WRCH issue a C&D against 102.9 The Whale? WRCH is participating in CBS Radio's National Contest to win $1000/Hour every hour. WRCH is calling it "The Work Day Payday".

So color me surprised when I saw an ad in The Hartford Courant for 102.9 The Whale announcing their money give-away and they too are calling it "The Work Day Payday." Theirs is only 3 times a day at 10AM, 1PM, and 4PM.
