Right, because the single-digit percentage of audience that actually calls a radio station is really the factor. It's definitely not the majority of listeners that don't actively use radio, but who still consider it a large part of their daily routine.
Any chance someone will chime in on this that's actually in the demo (read: 18-34...hell, a female of ANY age)? Hearing the wailing ghosts of how great things used to be, all of which are dudes that aren't even the target, is getting boring.
