WILLIAM J. GRAVINO A.K.A. BILL MARSHALL

I am deeply saddened to tell everyone that William J. Gravino, a.k.a. Bill Marshall has died. Billy was at one-time Program Director of WVLT-FM Vineland, and spent 15 years as Operations Manager at WTMR in Camden.

I was introduced to Bill by Bob Charger, and I hired him to do weekends at WAMS...during which time, he was involved in a real bad car wreck that almost killed him. Plagued for the next 22 years with a string of health problems and pain that never went away, Bill was a pro and a nice nice man.

I received a call today from his wife of 32 years, telling me that he died peacefully at home on the afternoon of Thursday March 19th.

Is this the same Bill Marshall that produced the Joey Reynolds morning show in WFIL in the 1980's?
