Okay, considering that we don't know your name either, I don't know that he was "taking a swipe" at you, but I'll get to him in a moment.

Okay, thanks. I don't know you, but I also don't personally know anyone else on these boards, either. I know who some of these folks are, but I still don't know any of them personally.

A bit surprised because I hadn't talked to anybody over there in several days, when the early thought was that mornings would be "Big Joe & Brad" and Darren would join Willy. That idea must not have gotten past a person or two.

It also surprises me that Joe would leave TV, but even more surprising is that 2 would let a Murrow award-winner go out the door. In fact, he's worked there the past year or more without a contract! What have they been thinking? Many reports I've seen indicate he's their most recognizable/popular sportscaster...

Is it some CIA secret? Why can't you just say it here if you know it? LOL. I don't want to "go back" and read anything....I can just wait and see what happens. It's not that big a deal. I was just hoping somebody would post the info here.

Well, I'd rather do radio than TV too. Especially if I'm covering sports.

I'm hearing that Aaron was handed his walking papers...free agent status...on hiatus...waiver...back to the minors to make room for Willy. After only two months? Bud should be ashamed.

No. Aaron is the "Sports Director" for the station. According to an interview Willy gave to Predators blog "On The Forecheck", Aaron will basically be a reporter for all of the station's local shows. (http://www.ontheforecheck.com/2011/11/2/2532639/willy-daunic-1025-the-game-joe-dubin-radio)

Aaron's producer, "Crazy" Charlie Saunier, implies via Twitter that he himself has been shown the door, however.

Charlie was the station's sports director back on August 28th and look how that turned out.
It doesn't matter if it's Charlie now or Aaron in the future. It's simply wrong to treat people like pawns on a chessboard. Typical radio station hijinks. No respect for the staff or their families. And, as I said, it starts at the top.
I still wouldn't expect to see Aaron at the 102.5 Christmas party. Only time will tell how long he'll be sports director.
