Here is a final draft of the comments I and others will file to the FCC on behalf of the proposed licensed LPAM Service.

If anyone would like to sign on with us, assuming that you are in agreement with each of the points made, then contact me with your name and address and we'll add your name to the list of Signatories on Page 12.

Please, at this time I am not interested in discussing these points unless simple clarification of a particular point is needed. If you are in disgreement then you have the choice of filing your own comments with the FCC.

It appears a little unkempt on the website but I assure you it will display normally when in Word format, it is filed with the FCC.

And to R. Fry. Why not do someting constructive and file comments to the FCC on the proposed licensed LPAM service?
