WINK TV: 11.2 now simulcasting main channel

I was visiting my Mom yesterday and decided to watch one of the local weather channels (she does not have cable). I decided to tune in to WINK-DT 11.2 and, to my surprise, I was watching a simulcast of 11.1. I figured they were experiencing technical issues. I decided to check the subchannel on my tv this morning; sure enough, it's simulcasting the main channel.

Could WINK be changing the program format on 11.2? It remains to be seen.

Might be trying to move The CW from 46.1 to 11.2 (with MundoFOX or whatever it will be called on 11.3). 46 would then go to a religious broadcaster or get cashed out in the incentive auction.
