Winter 2016 ratings

Here are the Winter ratings released on 4/18/2016:

Interesting to see WVKY 101.7 (Shelbyville) listed.They are tied with WHBE 680 at 0.6.
MY-FM 100.5 has almost doubled their ratings going from 1.2 to 2.1.
105.1 had a big drop from 2.8 to 1.7.

WGHL is dropping like a rock it seems. That format really was a flavor of the month. Is it too early to start speculating on when they'll flip for the millionth time?

Apparently they don't subscribe. You'd think they would given 680 subscribes but that's about the only reason they wouldn't be listed. Even if they had a zero they would show up if they subscribed.

Stations that do not meet the Minimum Reporting Standards do not show up, even if subscribed. In PPM, that is the equivalent of around a 01. share, and in the diary about a 0.3 share (although the formula is based on other factors).
 
I can't imagine their ratings are that bad to not show up they probably just don't subscribe for some reason. I was just curious because I like to know how all the sports stations stack up to eachother.

I havent looked this time around but the last I looked their ratings were similar to 680 and growing.
