Looks like G105 and the country station are rocking it in Raleigh. I just hung up the blower with an old friend down there who says it's getting pretty exciting with WRTP and WRDU coming up fast but neat to see G number one again for the first time in a long time I thing and nobody has said anything. Also hear there is a new morning show on the country station, WQTR that is supposed to cover Raleigh and High Point markets for now anyho2w!! ;D ;D

Huh? New show, station covers HP & Raleigh, country...if that country is Mexico, you could very well be talking about the La Ley simulcast! 
Of course I meant Mexico. That is why I posted in Taleigh Greensboro. For the record, I said "country stations". I said nothing about a "country". It is ok not to know the answer!!

what station are you talking about that covers raleigh and high point?
not WQTR as you said. that's an LPFM in tennessee.
not WTQR. their city-grade reaches burlington, but even fringe doesn't make it to raleigh
not WQDR. their city-grade doesn't reach burlington, and fringe barely covers high point.
as the previous poster commented, the station that covers both the raleigh and high point market is the simulcast of La Ley on 96.9 and 101.1.
and you also said WRTP is coming up fast. where? their fringe barely covers raleigh, and their ratings are 0.8, at least the 6+ that are published in allaccess.

Just repeating what i here around here and don't know how much is smoke blowed up me ole chimley pipe, govnah! !!! I guess in the right demos you can make any story true even with all those made up call letters people try to throw around in all parts of the country and in Mexico too some times which is the way I understand it, so from where I'm sitting, I'm still write and never been WRONG!!! ;D ;D
What format is G105 these days? Haven't even thought of them in over 20yrs now. Anyone know where Bobby Jo Austin from WQDR ended up? Being close to 900 miles way tends to put you out of touch.
Look WPTF is just ok Joe Wade Formicola is the best talk host they have he only on Saturday for a few hours
