WINV and WKFL

I'm not in the area, but was wondering if either WINV 1560 in Beverly Hills (formerly Inverness), or WKFL 1170 in Bushnell have ever returned to the air, and if so, what formats they are.
 
WINV tried briefly I think because of FCC requirements was rebroadcasting WXOF for couple of days what a waste WKFL was doing sports
