Its permanently licensed this time.. 230 Day, 155 Watts critical hours (sunrise to 2 hours after and 2 hours before sunset to sunset) and 3 watts night.
Using a shunt fed skirt on that tower.
I'm guessing its from 900? Because it doesnt look like this was filed for until 2025, and on google stret view from summer 2024 you can see the skirt on the tower
