WIP Construction Permit

There is nothing outstanding that I can see on the FCC's website, only some
change to correct coordinates back in February ...

THE PURPOSE OF THIS APPLICATION IS TO CORRECT THE CENTER OF ARRAY COORDINATES. THE SITE LOCATION AND EXISTING TOWERS DO NOT CHANGE FROM THE 1987 LICENSE BL-19861110AE EXCEPT A NOTED IN THE PENDING LICENSE APPLICATION FILE NUMBER BMML-2010302ACK. THE PURPOSE OF THE 302 LICENSE APPLICATION IS TO CONVERT THE STATIONS OPERATING PARAMETERS TO COMPUTER MODELING PARAMETERS.

RMS CALCULATIONS ARE COPIED FROM THE EXISTING LICENSE. BECAUSE THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGE IN ANY OPERATING PARAMETERS, NO CHANGE IN RMS ON RECORD WILL OCCUR.
