WIQI - Plan B?

You may have heard Merlin recently launched a new station in Philadelphia, but unlike all-news WIQI, it's conservative talk, with the callsign WWIQ (said to be known as "IQ 106.9" in due time). You know that 101.1 was previously WWWN before getting the WIQI call letters, which at first were intended to align with their frequency (101). But with what's going on in Philly, is it possible that 101.1 could eventually convert to an "IQ" station, provided WLS ends up replacing Rush with Huckabee, as rumored?
