With 969 News Talk gone into history & Hot now on the signal, do you think this decision was a success or a big mistake?

Big mistake. Huge. I hope it costs Greater Media for what they've done.

I found Jim and Margery entertaining in the morning. Zany, loonie-lefties, yes, but fun to listen to. Don't need a whole lot of seriousness in the morning; need something to open my eyes and get me in a good mood. They're not the same on 'GBH.

And Michael Graham needs a real station with a powerful signal and great audio ('TKK had both).

Downhill slide started when Jay Severin was canned for no good reason.

And Michele McPhee was good when she was on a tear.

Just what we needed: another freakin' hip-hop station. Cadillac Jack said he wanted to "super-serve" the market. Hell, there's PI$$ 108, JBN 94.5, crAMP 103.3 (don't get me started on this one!), 'BMX. Oh, and looks like Magic 106.7 is going to join the fray. How nice.

Good thing you're not in charge, because Greater Media is laughing all the way to the bank. Higher ratings, and you can guarantee higher revenue. The demos are WORLDS better than they ever were on WTKK. There's clearly a sizeable audience who prefers WBQT over Kiss and Jamn'.

They made the right move.
