WIQR RADIO IN PRATTVILLE HAS A NEW TRANSMITTER AND IS SOUNDING GOOD
 
Yes... but can a stand alone am pay the bills is a cluster filled corporate radio world... hhhhmmmmmmmmmm ?
 
It won't be easy. But WMGY has been doing it for years. I doubt anyone is getting rich though.

Speaking of WIQR

Went to Prattville, on yesterday, just to get away. I went by their studio and office, on East Main. Their new facility looked real nice.

P.S. I am glad that they are still a mom and pop station. They are doing something, that is different and exciting for Montgomery area radio. Hope their current format(s), (Sports, Usa Radio News and Traditional Gospel) will have continued success.
