WCBS-FM New York is No. 1 in the May PPM. Yes, you should fill the “Greatest Hits” hole in the market if nobody has done it yet.

"If nobody has done it" = Columbus. (WODB is of course nearly non-existent, with a signal so laughable they broadcast in mono in a desperate attempt to reach a smidge of population.)
