WIST APP TO BENEFIT WOKV?

WIST 690 in New Orleans (formerly WTIX) has filed an application to move to a new site and reduce nighttime power to 2 kilowatts. Most of the new pattern appears to be directional to the southwest -- and the huge easterly lobe pointing to Jax appears to be gone. Would this improve WOKV-AM's noise floor at night?
