has WITF FM ever beaten WHP in Harrrisburg ratings or even come close ?
I see some NPR stations are getting decent ratings in some cities with their
brand of news---talk .
 
Non-commercial ratings are only showing up in PPM markets. In diary markets the Radio Research Consortium reports non-com ratings, but not together with the commercial station ratings.
