WITH 1230 Salem radio netowrks Talk format?

Hey guys:

I have been searching on past post on this site. Been searching the Baltimore Sun's past articles and even looking on Salem's web site and I can't find the date of when WITH-AM changed from Simulcasting WAVA-FM from Washington to Talk using SRN-Talk network. I think it was sometime in 2004. I can't believe I can't find this recent infomation.

Would anybody know?

Thanks for that info. I would join 100,000 watts but it is too expensive for me. I used to be a member but it was much cheaper then.
