With all the speculation of oldies flippers

Infinity WILL not put oldies on a different stick. If this was the case, they wouldn't have taken off 104.3 in the first place. That's like asking CC to bring back Jammin Oldies or Active Rock after they killed those formats.

I don't think there has been this much cry for a format since Energy, and previously from that WMAQ.

Nine is having a "Nine loves oldies weekend" this weekend so it makes you wonder.
1. A couple weeks ago, they added more oldies into their playlist.
2. They said they have "something special" July 4th weekend.
3. 'JMK flips to Jack.
4. This weekend is an oldies weekend. Mars jut said they will incorporate oldies with "your favorite Nine music"...they do that already.

Makes you wonder if they're gonna flip July 4th weekend, the year anniversary of their Super Launch. Of course they've been doing a lot of requests, also. An all request hour at lunch and tonight the top nine requests at 9:00. They keep saying "playing what YOU want". Hmmm<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by dmk07 on 06/07/05 11:42 PM.</FONT></P>
