Hannity's show also leaves open a LOT of ad space. 19 min 20 sec for the local affiliates, and 6 min for Premiere nationally. Randi's show will probably have a standard Premiere clock, with ~16 min 10 sec for the locals and 5 min for Premiere nationally.
On the other side, Randi's show probably won't require a run-of-schedule 60 sec spot on weekdays, or a 2 min "morning update" segment with 2 30 sec national spots, or a weekend best-of show. Who knows which personality has more leverage?
