WIVB intern program

I found myself shaking the head (to remove the cobwebs) on Sunday evening during the weather on WIVB (Channel 4 for you out-of-towners). If the "forecaster" put on camera for that broadcast is the new "part-timer" for weekends...Don Paul has a challenge ahead of him to bring her around. Alicia made it quite evident she can read a teleprompter & direct airline passengers to the emergency exits...but HELLO...no meteorology there! OMG !! the budget cuts are evident...and I'll leave it at that
That's all

She is a meteorologist, and has prior experience on air in Erie. I didn't think that she was bad for her first time out in Buffalo.

Heyday - I only saw the 10:00 show on Sunday and thought she did a fine job for a debut weekend. You're probably not familiar with how TV weather works but there is no prompter involved, it's all ad lib. And she is a degreed meteorologist so she likely does her own forecast.

Didn't look bad to me at all.
