WIVM/13 North Royalton lights up?

The only way that a station with such a small coverage area would work would be with a transmitter on a downtown building. That way, even if you only get out a few miles you would cover a lot of people.
If Bridge was able to buy one of the HC2 stations (excluding WEKA-LD), relocate its transmitter to Parma and optimize its pattern and power, they can have a coverage area that's pretty close to that of WTCL-LD and WOCV-CD.
