WIZ on 36.2

I just noticed the "Weather Information Zone" on WATL's subchannel. The WIZ is still on sister station 11.2, too.
 
36.2 must be new. Could it be possible they are "testing" for the debut of the new Antenna-TV sub-channel in January?
 
I just discovered a full page graphic on 11.2 indicating that The WIZ has officially moved to 36.2. This affects OTA viewers only.
 
Interesting.......could it be 11 alive is going after it's own sub (just a 2 has Retro TV on 2.2)?
I know there are two sub-networks ready to go, Me-TV next Wednesday and Antenna TV
on January 1st.
