WJAA format change

After 30+ years of AOR/Classic Rock, WJAA changed their format over the Labor Day weekend. I know a lot of their music programing was not done locally, but they seemed to have a deeper library of classic rock than most other stations with a similar format. Now their new format is more of a Classic Hits format. With Columbus's 106.1 already dominating this format, it seems odd they would make this change. So far, WJAA's new format has more contemporary pop/rock hits than 106.1.

And it is really bad. Roxette, Berlin, No Doubt. The only good thing is that I have not heard any Adele. But I don't plan on listening for too much longer, so if they do I don't care.
