From what was said during the 11pm news. Despite, her minor injuries she is okay. The footage they showed of her new Honda
Accord, would make you think otherwise...

Good thing nobody died. This guy would have been looking at much more serious charges. The way it sounds is if convicted he will be let off with a slap on the wrist. I hope Barbara doersn't suffer any health problems from this. Sometimes people in such accidents end up with screwed up backs and have to deal with some pain. The guy hit her from behind full force and didn't even slow down.
