WJBQ Disclaimer

How common is this?WJBQ is running this disclaimer before an ad.
"Citadel Broadcasting does not endorse or verify the claims made in the following message".It's the ad for 6 to 17 year olds to call to possibly be in a Disney channel show with Justin Bieber or Celina Gomez.Nassau is running the same ad on their stations without the disclaimer.

It's a decision made by Citadel to cover their ass.

9 times out of 10 these modeling things are total BS. But no one can really prove it enough to say it's illegal.

Also, these guys typically pay cash in advance.

It's way for the station to make money, but if someones kid shows up, doesn't get picked and b*tches to the radio station they can say "Hey, we said we don't endorse or verify the claims made"

Shouldn't that one word CTA? Or is that word not in the actual ad?
