WJBR sold to VCY???

Damnit, I missed the flip! I hope someone caught the flip but I wouldn’t be surprised if no one did. I kept checking the top of each hour, EXCEPT for the 3pm hour when it seemed to flip.

The programming right now is well, exactly what you expected. Makes K-Love sound like an experimental college station.

Quality is still pretty bad because HD quality takes a while to process but this is the last 8 minutes of WJBR and first 6 minutes of VCY.

I got the flip but mine has a lot of skipping since I was recording for 40 hours straiht. Never recorded that long continuously.
I did get the part where Russ had tropo issues so between all of us lol....
but Russ has the flip in analog too.
 
Thanks to ashman887 for catching the flip! I got their programming from last night but my laptop is too old and slow to record from the SDR anymore.
 
I believe VCY is similar to BBN, but I don’t believe they have as much political programming as VCY. I see one program VCY airs is called “The Truth About Islam.” Their agenda is quite visible on their website.

And "Crosstalk" is basically a conservative talk show with God sprinkled in.

ironically enough, I worked for a religious station along the new hampshire sea coast for 6 months

The guy was a crook and hes dead now, but i digress

Very similar buying/building patterns as well. Translator and Rimshot heavy.
