Whoops. Looks like someone forgot to build it before time on the CP ran out.
Whenever the FCC opens a window for NCE applications, guess we know where
there is an open channel. Anyone want a couple hundred watts on 89.9 in the
cornfields of Indiana?

Same thing happened with the CSN CP for 89.5 Logansport/Lafayette/Kokomo, WWTS. The entities behind the "Calvary Satellite Network" had a falling out, and (apparently) the network has now split into two (or more) pieces. The programming is apparently extremely similar and possibly even still identical, but ownership is now splintered. At least three networks now exist: One is http://www.csnradio.com/ and another is http://www.calvaryradionetwork.com/ . Yet another is at http://www.jcfmradio.com/ (This last one appears to have quite a few Class A's and translators that will soon hit the airwaves in Central Indiana.)
It wouldn't be a bad idea for Purdue/WBAA to apply for 89.5, but I don't know if they are that ambitious.
