WJCP 92.7 FM moves COL?

Last I knew, 92.7 WJCP was licensed to North Vernon and had studios and a tower on the outskirts of that city. Today while casually browsing Radio-locator, I discovered that WJCP now has a city of license in Austin. The tower site also looks like it is the same location as that of formerly co-owned WJLR. Anybody know when this happened and why?<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by collegeDJ86 on 04/05/06 05:09 PM.</FONT></P>
