Joe Madigan, student operations manager of John Carrol Univerity-owned WJCU-FM in University Heights near Cleveland has been promoted to general manager.This talented young individual also manages cable-only WJCU-TV 4 and has amassed a cult-like following from oldies fans accross the country via the WJCU audiostream at www.wjcu.org with his "WIXY 1260" tribute show "Retro Radio" which airs on Tuesday afternoons throughour the year in addition to a summer edition on Thursday mornings. He also took to the commercial airwaves at Sprringfield's WULM in the summer of 2005. Tune in or log in and give Joe some best wishes...nice guys CAN finish first praise God!
