WJDM 1530 AM

The station, in nearby Mineola NY has made the expected switch from 1520 to 1530 AM. I’m not sure when this occurred-It could have been a few days ago.
The signal, from Radio Cantico, seems much stronger. Apparently the frequency change was worth the effort. But I haven’t checked it out yet at night. It seems possible the mighty WWKB on 1520 AM may still cause interference.
Radio Cantico continues to evolve, as over the past few years it has acquired a number of small stations and translators in the area.

While the power increase during the day has increased significantly, as well as a better critical hours power on the new 1530 as compared to the old 1520, the station still has to sign off at night.

I see that WJDM is diplexing off the WHLI tower. Is that a different location than they were using when they were on 1520 AM?
It seems possible that in addition to being able to run more power, they moved closer to New York City.
