WJDQ C2 downgrade

That does not make since because they are at 101.3 fm but they want to change to 95.1 fm and thats what don't make since because the buzz is at 95.1 fm unless they are switching again!
 
It's a relic from the past. WJDQ moved back to 101.3 not too long ago, and the CP is apparently an old one for the former 95.1 signal, now WKZB.
 
Yeah, that was filed in 2007 when WJDQ was changed to 95.1. It's old and no longer valid.
