I was up that way for a Sat-Sun a few weeks ago, Paul, July 11th and 12th.
I stayed at my kid sister's in Woodbourne, about 3/8" north of Monticello on the map.

One of the activities was a Sunday morning FM bandscan. Partially, I wanted to see how an actual tune of the Grundig S450 would compare with the Radio-Locator menu for the area. I had no PC with me up in Woodbourne. All those crib-notes were at home.
WJFF, of course, pinned the meters. In looking at the R-L map, they seem to cover every square foot of Sullivan County. When I got home, I was surprised to find that there are three FM stations licensed to Jeffersonville. They're a very small town, notable for something like consuming more beer per capita than anywhere else but Milwaukee
Aren't there any NPR stations in Scranton for you to enjoy? Why is WJFF's programming that compelling? Just curious.

On the reciprocal side of the DX side, I did hear WKRF -- WKRZ's 107.9 translator at the time, iIrc -- a few years back up in that same Woodbourne.
